Receta Pechugas de pollo con alcaparras y limón

Serving: For 4 people


  • 600g skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Andaluz olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 5 cl white Vermouth
  • 2 tbsp Pascuali capers
  • Salt and pepper


Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into pieces approximately 1 cm wide. Coat them in a thin layer of all-purpose flour. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil over medium heat in a wok. Sauté the chicken breasts for 3 to 4 minutes, turning often until they brown well. Remove using a slotted spoon and place on a tray.

Pour the Vermouth and lemon juice into the wok. Heat over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until you get a sauce. Add the capers and let them warm for a moment.

Remove from heat, add the parsley, and mix well. Cover the chicken breasts with the sauce and serve immediately.
