- 10 rebanadas de pan baguette
- Tomate
- Alcaparras Pascuali
- Aceitunas negras
- Pimienta
- Cebolla roja
- Albahaca
- Aceite de oliva extra virgen Andaluz
- Vinagre balsámico
- Sal
Preparación
Pasos previos: pelar el tomate, quitarle las semillas y picar; picar las alcaparras; picar las aceitunas negras; picar la cebolla roja; picar la albahaca; cortar en diagonal el pan baguette.
En un recipiente echamos el tomate, una cucharada y media de alcaparras, dos cucharadas de aceitunas negras, una cucharada de cebolla roja, 2 cucharadas de albahaca picada, 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, un cuarto de cucharadita de vinagre balsámico, y pimienta y sal a gusto del consumidor.
