Recipe Cherry Pascuali Muffins

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 300g Pascuali cherries
  • One tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 200ml of milk
  • 225g of flour
  • One egg
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with the sugar, then add the beaten egg. Pour in the milk, then the chopped cherries, and mix a bit. Incorporate this mixture with the flour. Fill the molds with the batter, filling them about 2/3 full, and bake the muffins for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold.
