Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

Serving: For 20 portions

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Pascuali sardine fillets
  •  250g cream cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • A bunch of chives
  • 2 cans of Pascuali sardine fillets
  • 1 jar of 400g whole Pascuali mushrooms
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Remove the sardines from the cans and mix them with finely chopped chives (leaving some sprigs for decoration), cream cheese, salt, and pepper.  

Fill each mushroom with this mixture.

Garnish with a sprig of chives.  

Serve and enjoy!!!
